以前windows firefox 用Xmarks, 但装了个Xmarks for Mac 总是不能log-in，问题很
多，不知道大家还用什么sync bookmarks.
主要是公司的windows firefox 和家里的mac safari 之间sync

你说家里的mac改用chrome,其实还挺喜欢用mac safari的，有一些multi-touch
gesture 只能在safari 下完成
所以主要是想要一个safari sync bookmark的工具

Firefox 不是自己带一个bookmark sync吗？我一直在用。
Chrome和Google Drive，Gmail一样没任何隐私保护的，相当于你在Google和他的
partners面前裸奔，太可怕了。而且也没什速度优势了。如果可能要尽量远离Google的
东西过于依赖的隐私赚钱。

影响中FY 2010 好像都是前进15个月左右的样子
2011 好像就12个月

I-140 approved with Consular Processing though in USA Like this thread?

My I-140 was approved in PP but though I was in USA my attorney choose
Consular processing. How difficult it is to change from CP to AOS as I am
really worried about my next employment opportunity as I may be current in

I also received letter from NVC to pay the visa fees and if I don't want to
go for consular processing then my employer should send request to USCIS for
such and intent. That way I should be good to file AOS. But I am not sure
if this will take lot of time (reply) (report this)

When your dates get current just file I-485 and let the NVC know that you
will file AOS. They will hold your I-140 file till USCIS requests it back
from them.

processing your petition.
Requests for adjustment of status are processed by USCIS not by the NVC. You
should contact the USCIS office nearest you for adjustment of status
information.

. I read Murthylaw blog and they mentioned it takes 120 days minimum if the
file need to be transfered back to USCIS.

Not to scare your guys but you really talk to your Attorney before sending a
request for Adjustment of Status. I read somewhere that its easy to Change
your Adjustment of Status to consular Processing and takes short time but
changing from Consular Processing to Adjustment of status can take few
months to a year.
Check with Ravi, Ron and or Murthy the max time frame. (reply) (report this)
