想配台desktop玩游戏，预算700刀以内有可能吗？
CPU要intel i系列。配件最好是最近newegg的promotion，性价比比较高。

这个问题可以版内考古了,都月经帖了。
有SSN吧？
学生的话申请各个银行的secured card。也可以试试citi的卡，对新手比较容易申请，
CL 也高。

Yes, some other guy has confirmed she is a dependent.
But anyway, since she filed on 11/1/2011 and her I-485 approved 1/9/2012,
which means:
1) USCIS is willing to issue GC to Nov filers once the case is ready
2) some other posts already said that Name Check can be completed in less
than 2 months.
