purpose of the trip: attending workshop in XX country. cost: per diem rate + hotel + other travel related expense 至于批不批。那就看你们资金的来源。你自己有overhead就肯定没问题, 系里overhead,就系里头头批。你把理由写充分些,参加这个workshop对工作怎么怎么 好。 估计啥都能报。 如果是federal funding,就要看budget有没有了
谢谢。假设budget 之类不是问题,就是政策问题。如果讨论班集中安排住宿的hotel, 住宿有subsidy,当然自己还是要付些钱,那么这个lodging 是不是就不能用 per diem rate 来报了?以前小秘说过实际住宿费用小于per diem rate时仍然可以用per diem 报,但是对于这种集中解决住宿并且住宿有补助的情况,又觉得用per diem 不太合理 。不知道是不是我想多了。
