regular NSF，不是我的，帮别人问的。去年10月交的，忽然收到一封PO的信
I am writing to let you know that I am recommending xxxxxxxxxxx for funding
at $xxxxx level. Congratulations. Please note however, that this is not a
guarantee of funding: it is a preliminary step in the approval process and
does not represent a final and official announcement. This recommendation
must yet go through divisional approvals before it is finalized.
In order to advance the process, I will also need one thing from you:
A public abstract for your project.
好像是好消息，但是话又没说死。这种情况下被fund的几率有多大？

在美国做博士后，邀请父母5月来参加婚礼
两位老人都是农民，没有外出过，母亲不识字
家里有两个姐姐，这次不能过来，但是怕父母在领事馆找不到头绪
让一个姐姐和父母一起办签证怎么样？会不会容易让签证官起疑心，因为姐姐是小学老
师，那时候还有课
另外，费用应该填由我承担，由父母承担还是由姐姐承担比较好呢？

网上评测说u2211h的背光有些弱，并且有的说有背光泄漏的问题，不知道这些是不是挺
影响使用的呢

fastlane可以log on查proposal状态。我问他review的comment是什么，人家反问我：
难道不是被拒的proposal才有comment发到邮箱？我ORZ
