bare drive一般就是OEM了，不过一般厂家也会保一段时间。以前我的杂牌外置硬盘过保
坏了，直接去里面的硬盘厂家要保修也给了。
如果和客服聊天不管用，去www.resellerratings.com批判一下，蛋蛋的人应该会有所反
应。

你这是去年7月的case啊。 那据的原因可能是因为你递交申请的日子是2014年7月，离
出美国只有2个月。 美国这种种申请都是按递交申请日期算的吧，你想想绿卡优先日期
………你的这个申请的ds160还是2014年7月，只是因为中间耽搁，审理的慢了点。

上次为什么延期的理由不好解释，除非你们真的去了很多地方玩，确实需要1年。但是
貌似不是这样的额。

不给过的纸面原因想必是移民倾向，背后原因看来应该也是：过去两年里你母亲在中国
住的时间还没有在美国长，你如果是移民官会认为这个申请人没有移民倾向吗？延期本
身不是主要问题，而是延期后在中国住太短了。如果你觉得不差钱，老人也接受，多去
试几次也无妨，遇上心情好的签证官也许就给了，毕竟这是discretional的，要不就多
住一两年再说。另外，老人是不是不知道签证是discretional不是statutory？可以理
解为什么会伤心但是确实就事论事这件事她没有错领馆也没有。

身不是主要问题，而是延期后在中国住太短了。如果你觉得不差钱，老人也接受，多去
试几次也无妨，遇上心情好的签证官也许就给了，毕竟这是discretional的，要不就多
住一两年再说。另外，老人是不是不知道签证是discretional不是statutory？可以理
解为什么会伤心但是确实就事论事这件事她没有错领馆也没有。

延期的解释比较合理的是想在美国多玩，所以如果你们真的去玩了，倒是好说。 否则
真不好解释。
