这个letter上并没有说明B2需要准备什么材料，是不是按正常面签的材料准备就好了？

结果几天前realtor拿了合同过来签
说是最后如果不是与她合作买的房，要给2.7%房价的报酬
想问下，要是最后没买成，也要给这笔钱吗？

，也可以用其他的任何链接，都是可以match的。

他给你签的是exclusive。如果你只想在一个房子上跟他合作，告诉他用nonexclusive

find a new agent. the rule of thumb is to not sign any contract with your
buyer's agent when buying a house.
