这个完全是偷懒的点心，上次做面包，剩了仨蛋黄，就照抄了君之的葡萄干奶酥，
butter都化好了，发现家里的葡萄干吃完了，就抓了一把cranberry 干凑数——这个东
西，中文是叫蔓越莓吧？
做法在这儿：

【葡萄奶酥】（参考分量：30块）
配料：低筋面粉195克，蛋黄3个，奶粉12克，黄油80克，细砂糖70克，葡萄干80克
表面刷液：蛋黄半个
烘焙：180度，15分钟
制作过程：
1、黄油软化以后，加入细砂糖和奶粉，用打蛋器打发，直到体积膨松，颜色略变浅。
2、依次加入三个蛋黄，并用打蛋器搅打均匀。每次都要等蛋黄和黄油完全混合均匀再
加入下一个蛋黄。
3、搅打后的黄油应该呈浓稠、膨松的状态。
4、低筋面粉过筛以后倒入打发好的黄油中。
5、用手把面粉和黄油混合均匀。
6、倒入葡萄干，并搅拌均匀，揉成一个均匀的面团。
7、把面团放在案板上压扁，用擀面杖擀成厚约1CM的面片。
8、用刀切去四周不规整的部分，将面片修整成长方形，并用刀切成大小约为4.5CM*3CM
的小长方形。
9、将小长方形面团排入烤盘，并在表面刷上一层打散的蛋黄液。
10、把烤盘放入预热好的烤箱，上下火180度，烤15分钟左右，直到表面金黄色

Dimension 8400的主板/CPU烧了， 一开机就发出飞机起降的声音，风扇狂转。 把8400
的电源完全拆开，一个个元器件都吹了一遍，装到HTPC上， 一点声音都没有呀。HTPC

这个8400上次搞死俺了
其实问题在主板的socket,好像是热变形了
那个风扇12V全速转是6500RPM,不是一般的生猛
机器启动的时候风扇就是全速，CPU初始化完毕
会降下来到正常速度，这个本来是半秒的事
socket不灵初始化不了就悲剧了
不过电源确实挺不错，就是线短，这年头机箱又时髦电源装底下，NND

不同的study section给分的严格程度不一样。最后的percentile会考虑到这个问题的
。但是你作为新人，只要分数不超出18%, 好好的抱着PO的大腿哭上一小阵子，一般也
能拿到的。

receiving score of 20 (I know there is one in NIDDK), you will have a
percentile of 20% or more. The study section that my grant went into
suppose to be the hardest in NCI, you are within top 40% even with score of
5 or 6. I had a score of 20 and put it at 3%.

Not really, you should already know how hard is your review section, because
most likely your seniors are funded from similar study sections. If it is
an easy scoring one, you just need to know that you have to score at 1s. If
it is a hard one, you have more of a range, but your grants might get
trashed i.e. seeing a 7 or 8 in your scores.

an easy scoring one, you just need to know that you have to score at 1s. If
it is a hard one, you have more of a range, but your grants might get
trashed i.e. seeing a 7 or 8 in your scores.
