I stopped by the attorney firm last week, they are super busy on cases of
PD 2008..........
I am almost the first PD 2009 client. Few PD 2009 can submit their 485
before Mr O decides March VB in the early of Feb.
I believe, VB will stop advancing after March

1.今天坐地铁，从建国门站上来一男一女，坐在我的旁边

最近好几个星期用电脑时候总是偶尔就假死机，过几十秒后正常。后来查了下console
是很有规律的每小时i/o error 一次。感觉是硬盘有问题，就用工具做了个surface
check，结果发现有一段连续的将近200个bad blocks
电脑是2010年5月买的，还没用多久啊，也没经常bt下载啥的。bad block是物理性损坏
还是逻辑损坏？

agree for O在故意放水。。。
he is preparing for 3012. People will not blame him if 3012 passes because
he builds enough inventory.

而且我觉得这个还好啊，其实一般就是他们夫妻俩一开始进行了一个对话
（只不过楼主没有听到），然后男的觉得女的too simple sometimes native，
就取笑了一下.
其实这种举动在恩爱夫妻之间并不罕见。

even if its physical damage, the bad block can be marked and blocked by some
software so that data will not be written to those bad sectors. I forgot
the name of the software though.

啥型号啊。要是12.5mm能用的话，最便宜就是staples买个外置的1T回来拆了用。大概
60刀左右，拆得好还多一个usb盒子。

首先，再重申一遍，＂在收到 AP 前离境，AP 就失效了＂。在 I-131 的申请表格上，
写得清清楚楚："If you travel before the advance parole document is issued,
your application will be deemed abandoned if You depart from the United
States".
所以，使用 AP 的大原则一条是－－揣着 AP 出去，举着 AP 进来。

有坏道也可以继续用的，用软件查查在哪里坏的，然后硬盘分区把前后几百兆都划进去
，不再使用这部分就行了。其他的继续使用。就是硬盘寿命看运气了

you travel before the advance parole document is issued, your application
will be deemed abandoned if (1) you depart from the United States.” We
would like to confirm that abandonment of a pending advance parole
application does not occur if the foreign national is otherwise authorized
to depart and return either because the foreign national (a) already
possesses a valid I-512L and returns before the 1-512L expires, or (b) has
an 1-485 pending and is re-admitted as an H-1, H-4, L-1, L-2, K-3, K-4, V-2,
or V-3.
USCIS: (a) If a foreign national (i) already possesses a valid, unexpired
advance parole, (ii) applies for a new advance parole while he/she is
present in the U.S., and (iii) then departs the U.S., the foreign national
must return to the U.S. during the validity period of the current advance
parole already in his or her possession. If the foreign national returns
timely, abandonment of the pending advance parole application would not
