看中好几个房子,可是想多砍点价,所以,想同时下OFFER,然后看谁接受我的砍价,就选择

可是前几天跟AGENT说的时候,AGENT说不可以.说下OFFER要签字的,一次只能下一个. 这

除非是short sale,否则你offer要签字的,对方同意了一签字
就生效了。你同时送五个万一都签了你就买五个房子了。。。

完全可以。只要有退出机制。比如VA,拿到HOA document三天内可以无条件退出。准备
HOA一般需要10来天。也就是一般有十几天的时间可以退出。当然这比较伤rp,因为
seller这段时间不show房子,不接offer。

I don't understand this part...
what if I don't want to lose the option fee?
Say, I pretend that I want to continue to contract. Once
the seller draws the contract, I start to pick on tiny things
which the seller will never be able to comply. E.g. I insist on
adding certain terms to the contract that the seller will never
agree to. Eventually the seller will have to back out.
Then I get my option fee back?
