有木有最近Paper file了NIW I140的童鞋，是都file到USCIS Dallas Lockbox吗
我在加州，打算下周file，刚看到前面有人说加州是file到NSC，可我查了uscis的140
instruction（revised 4/8/11），说所有的I-140都寄到Dallas的，请最近file过的帮
确认一下，谢谢

if your device is 2.0, 3.0 port won't make much difference.

my mobile disk has a 3.0 port, that's why I am asking.

Mine went to Texas.
It was done by my lawyer (June last year).

Don't know the new rule.
I file the NIW July 2011 to TSC(efile).
Approved.

去年买的W510，一个USB 3.0，结果在后头，用的那叫一个不方便
不过现在W520的俩USB 3.0都在左边侧面了

I think you should follow the instructions in USCIS.
People here are always talking about old stuff.
Old time: CA paper file should go to NSC.
Sorry about the wrong info.

I got RFE, so the total time is about 6 month.
I think you can get the result in about 3 or 4 months
