还是只要换一个雇主，就要新的o1签证或者h1b签证？
uscis网站上面只说了：
if you are an o1 nonimmigrant in the united states and you want to change
employers, then your new employer must file a form-129 with the uscis office
listed on the form instructions.
但是上面并没有说作为申请人，是否要重新准备一遍材料，包括推荐信，etc
恳请版上有经验的朋友或者律师指点一下！谢谢！
