File I485 on 08/15/2007 that takes advantage of DOS mismake. And paid filing
fee of $395, which is the old filing fee of I485. Now, want to apply for AP
. However, found following sentence in I-131 form instruction.
If you filed Form I-485 on or after July 30, 2007, and you paid the I-485
application fee required, then no fee is required to file a request for
Advanced Parole or for a Refugee Travel Document on Form I-131.
Don't know if I still need to pay I131 filing fee? Based on the above

is your 485 receipt shows you paid 475, you may need to pay the 131 fee
you will need to submit your 485 receipt.
