我是computer science的master 今年5月毕业
现在我在local 找到一家刚刚成立半年的公司愿意offer我full time position
我担心他们公司刚刚成立才4-5 个人能不能帮我把H1批下来他们说他们六月份到正式
聘用我的时候能
开始办可是他们愿意办事一回事办的到办不到是一回事我不知道现在该怎么弄请过
来人给点建议吧
他们是外国的公司

The answer is yes.
A student in my group got a job from a small company with 17 total employees
. He went there using OPT and got the H1b visa later.
I believe the company has to show that the boss is not your relative.

Yes,they can sponsor your H1B. However, your H1B case is highly likely to be
audited because it would trigger all three of USCIS's "fraud alerts".
Namely, the company was established less than 10 years ago, employs fewer
than 25 people, and has an annual revenue of under 10 million.

Don't worry. i got my H1B without RFE though my company has all of "fraud
alerts":)
