是一个non-profit 的组织，直接打电话过来的，说要谈谈。我找了个借口，没有时间
，就约了明天，第一次面这种公司的，要注意些啥？

现在是H1B，第一个三年还有半年左右就要到了，按说现在也要申请延期了。EB2的140已
经批准，485遥遥无期。如果现在有个机会可以跳槽，H1B的延期怎么操作呢？要现在公
司先给我延期，让新公司给transfer H1B？还是新公司可以直接trasnfer H1B然后我就
又有三年的H1B了？

要多少钱可以下手啊。不指望大deal，一般的deal price是多少啊？
4G内存，500T就可以了。不要显示器。

应该会问你的background，所以我觉得最重要的是把简历上的东西准备好。

一般phd的interview，人家或者先介绍自己的team或者公司，
然后让你introduce yourself, 然后针对你说的再提问
或者问你简历上做过的他可能感兴趣的东西
你要准备的:
1. 简历上每条都搞清楚，因为有些可能年代久远，会忘了
2. 怎么introduce自己，言简意赅得把自己做过的主要project说一下（组织条理）
3. 查一下interviewer的background和team/group的 background，一般来说
interviewer
问不出自己background以外的知识

thank you for your input. I just finished my interview, which last 16 min. T
his is the shortest one I had. all questions are technical about my backgrou
nd. fainally I was asked for my visa status. Then he said thank you after I
told him I am student. It is very funy to ask this question because I applie
d a postdoctoral position although it is not from a school. I asked his emai
l address in the end. he refused it and told me he just take interview and g
ave feedback to HR. HR will contact me

你要入门独显干嘛使？ivy内置的显卡已经是很好的入门显卡了

you, go to microcenter website, find their weekly ad on their site, there is
a page showing all IB that is onsale along with combo discount.
i think they have $50.00 off on combo mobo.
3570k+z77 300
8G ram 40
电源机箱 100
ssd 128G 100
HDD $80.00
the only thing you will need is a nice GPU later. HD4000 is soso...
Currently lot of GPU onsale.
