Probook 4530s, $399 from Microcenter，到今天为止已经用了5个月了，除了该死的

因为Windows并不是micro kernel的。很多的配置都是要最终放在这册表里，而注册表
不是每次都实时检查的，很多配置是在启动时读出来。这和Linux不一样，Linux把很多
东西都映射到文件上，所以有一堆小文件。Windows实现了很多plug-and-play的设备，
就是说不用重新启动，就可以即插即用。相对而言，还是Linux上这方面做的比较好。

如果是应用程序的文件替换了，可以关闭app不需要重启系统。
但要是系统的文件替换了，而这个文件已经在内存加载了，就没有稳妥的办法替换掉。
只能重启系统了。
