准备OPT cap gap extension期间回国，回美国时H1B尚未生效，不知道返签盖纳那种签
证？律师说H1B生效之前还是应该用当前的签证，可是我正式OPT早就过期的，现在是
automatic extend的。。。请哪位懂行的人来说说～谢谢啦~~

Win 8 这么糟糕，请问大概从什么时候开始就买不到预装win 7的机器？

It is not a good idea to go back to China during the period of automatic
extension. The consulate may think that you automatically give up H1B
petition when you go back to China.
I strongly suggest you to go back to China after your H1B is available.

提前三十天签证（九月一日之后），提前十天入境（九月二十日之后）
