最近改看新房。一个印度builder的新小区，成型了一小半，看了一下，买主几乎都是
印度人。请问会有很多问题吗？

But do you think more Chinese may buy other houses, if they see one Chinese
family live there? I mean if I buy the house.

From my experience, >50% Indian/Chinese community will have difficulty for
resale. White people usually don't want to live in a community with such a
high percentage of Indian/Chinese, and the price for this kind of
communities is usually too high for hispanic/black. So in the end, only
Indian and Chinese will buy.

Understand. If I had other choices, for example, compatible houses in a
community with American/Chinese, I may have already placed an offer.

至少保证学区不会差阿

怎么看出小区里有一半老印啊?亲自去小区转转吗?那人家待在家里也不出来啊

周末晚上吃完晚饭，开车去小区转转，就会看到很多老印穿着印度服饰出来散步。

同意，工作机会多的地方，老中老印住的区都不是差区，至少学区治安都很好。学校好
就不存在resale的问题。

是吗？我所知道的是工作机会多的如加州纽约等地，因为房价太贵，中国人印度人很多
虽没有住到差区，但也最多是二三流区。倒是工作机会不多的地方，因为房价便宜，中
国人印度人收入水平相对当地平均水平高很多，倒全都是住在最好的区。就算是最好区
，只要某小区中国人印度人扎堆了，resale照样有问题，至少我看见中印扎堆小区里面
卖房接手的一般也都是中印人。

学区不差，在州里10-20。

去了啊，买房不是要去看房吗? 老的小区每家都庭院深深，新的小区，每家都只不过是不到半个acre的地，放眼望去，妈妈们都在门前站着或坐着，孩子们扎成一堆在各个刚卖出的房子前的草坪上欢乐地奔跑
想象着我女儿和这群印度孩子打成一片。。。她当时在车上就要求去和那些孩子一起玩了。
