找房子找了快2个月了，两个心爱的房子被别人买走了。
除了高价位的房子，现在市场上的房子都不怎么样。
我们现在在讨价还价的房子算是最合适的了。
昨天讨价还价，我们和卖主的差距只差1千。
大家帮我看看，谢谢谢谢！
买了的理由：
1。现在没有别的更和我们心意的房子了，买了算了。
2。卖主是当年（2006）买的房子时，比现在的价位还高。他已经亏了2万5千，再降价很难了。
3. 我们现在的租房合同快到期了，房东只允许续12个月。如果再续，又得住在
apartment一年。
4。女儿上学前班了，早点有房子比较好。
不买的理由：
1. 这个房子不是我们心爱的房子，因为与邻居房子间有点挤，没有privacy,这个小区
也不允许装privacy fence。
2。可以换个apartment,签短期合同，半年或3个月的，贵就贵点。
3。不用除草，没有贷款，住apartment很轻松，离上班的地方跟近哈。

俺觉得能对上眼最重要，只要是自己喜欢的，多付钱也没有问题。

房子一定要买自己喜欢的，千万不要将就。买了房子之后很多年你都是要天天对着这个
房子的！买房子时候的一个小小的不满意，n年之后那就会变成n倍的不满意。最后的下
场就是买了一根鸡肋回家。。。
之前花了半年的时间看房子，每个周末都去，最后这间房子真的是我们的一见钟情，当
天就下了单。现在过了半年，每次想想都觉得我们做了一个最正确的选择，虽然这个房
子不便宜。。。。。。
买房子还是要看运气的…… Good Luck！！

不然的话，1K就是小Case。
总体而言，俺觉得短期内还要降一些。
目前经济状况还是很糕。
欧元区的问题一时无法改善
即便是美国现在的状况也不大好：
象LEI, unemployment benefit applicants,
mortgage borrowers delinquency rate record high (10.06%)
problem banks still increase...

价很难了。

买的理由。
如果买的房子不喜欢，还是别买了，不然肯定会一签合同就后悔的。

你要抛开这个1000块的想法，现在是爱与不爱的问题。爱就拿下，不爱就放弃。1000块
差价P都不算。怕就怕你放弃了今后半年找不到合适的又老惦记着这个房子，拿下后眼
里看到的又是这个房子的不足和那个1000块。总之，怎么着都不舒坦。照我老多年经验
