在网上看到一个EB-1A checklist,说需要护照copy，以前身份转换的信息。可是I-140
表的instruction并没有提到。我这次只file I-140，不fileI-485,还需要护照等材料
吗？有没有好心人可以提供一个I-140的checklist？

You's better provide your legal status in the US before and during your
application for green card.These including all visas, active passport,driver
licence, photo work ID, J1,H1 approval notice, all job offer letter, ssc,
and etc......,pay stub in the last 3 months, tax returns in the last 3 years.

至于可遇不可求的兑换deal 没人知道下一次是什么时候 而且你看到时候也许就已经
