后院有大约2000平尺的空地，前房主建的灌溉系统还在，但杂草丛生，基本没什么好草
了。
请了两个莫莫问怎么办。
第一个说等11月份左右（北加州），松土，种草籽。现在不要做，因为容易长野草。
labor费用大约1000刀，我们自己买土，买草籽。也可以铺草皮，大约花费3000刀。
第二个直接就说铺草皮。他可以order 大约20cent per sqf的草皮，labor 大约500刀。
这样说来，第二个似乎too cheap to be true。不知道这样铺上的草皮，能不能活啊?
懂行的请给些意见。

没怎么接触过linux，暂时不打算折腾debian。听说原装系统就可以装optware，然后装
transmission挂BT，对我来说是个不错的选择。
在尝试了原装的backup软件后发现没有synchronize的功能，请问有啥值得推荐的同步
软件么？
另外下载方面，除了BT和迅雷离线，还有别的选择么？在此先谢谢各位啦~

pogo原系统不是同步用的，而是直接挂载用。我比较喜欢这种方式。
等于在你系统上建一个盘符。你访问那个盘符，直接访问的就是pogo上的文件。它
cloud上的文件也是这么访问。

嗯，这个我知道，那个软件会在生成一个map好的drive。不过我的目的是备份local
drive上的东西到pogoplug的drive里，可能我直接用synctoy之类的东西比较不折腾。

我家邻居买的银行的房子，空了半年多，全是蒲公英，他们请人撒了那种黑黑的，像狗
屎似的东西，还有很多草籽，不知道怎么还往地下打了很多孔，不深，那个黑的东西能
进去，然后他们就使劲喷水，现在好多了。不知道他们怎么杀蒲公英，应该还是那种味
道难闻的杀蒲公英的药，不过今年他们好像还没有喷。

我用unison, 不过optware下估计不行

打洞是为了更好的渗水，常打洞是必要的。
那种黑的或者绿色的豆豆一样的东西里面可能是混了草籽，肥料，土的混合，方便发芽。

自己种，秋天时候。１０００那种骗人的，我们就被骗过，发现其实可以自己勤快一点
解决。种了以后每天浇水。youtube 有怎么撒种子

自己动手撒种子，不难，秋天和初春开始撒，不过要多浇水，每天三次。

ask the contractor to level ur ground and remove top soil and put in good
top soil, and lay about X yard of extra soil in ur yard.
then buy 50$ a bag of tall fescue seeds from HD, reseed in march. lay soft
loose soil on top (about 1/4 inch thick, do not stamp them) water softly
after covering the seeds. then keep watering at least 2 times a day. then
they come up really really strong.
you may need to roundup heavily in the previous fall. or early spring.

personally I think there is no need for sod at all, I think sod is just for
immediate effects, like when u want to sell a house and need to improve the
lawn.
if it's for ur own, no need for sod at all.
just grab mexicans and do a really good job on the leveling of ground , and
put in a lot of good dirt (extract the old bad dirt too). then all the rest
is piece of cake: just water carefully and wait :)
in my case the seeds I put in in march came up really quickly, but in summer
, it's difficult, because it's really hot, and they burn out, even with a
lot of water. I had to cover them with white cloth, so that they do get SOME
sunshine and water drips through the cloth too.
but the cloth is expensive from walmart (cheapest white cloth is 3$ a yard)

Could you give an estimate of the cost? based on your experience in your
area. a rough number is good enough.
