本人生物专业，今年找教职。本着“宁可错杀一千，不可放过一个”精神，我把所有有
排名的学校都投了。现在问题来了，发给interview的学校档次差别很大.
我想在这里请问各位老师：针对不同排名的学校，talk内容要改变吗？

替朋友问一个问题：
他EB2， 140早批了。 485 submitted 了好像有2年多了, 就在等priority date
current。现在公司要把他从engineer promote 到manager。GC是不是要从第一步搞
labour开始重新申请？相当于重新来？

现在我才开始办绿卡，领导H1B还剩3年，等到交485的时候，领导H1b肯定都用完了
怎么办呢？

LD也交perm，140呗，不然就只能H4了。我有朋友这样的，LD公司不给办perm，H1B6年
直接回家H4了。

1. H1-〉H4 回家呆着。
2. H1->F1 学校呆着。
3. LD 也申请绿卡，至少可以 H1B 延期，公司呆着。

Actually for EB2, if the job nature changes you will have to file a new PERM.
One of the teammates ran into the exactly the same situation 2 years ago and
had to change back to engineer title in a couple of days.
Of course it is ultimately up to the attorney to work around it if it is an
absolute business need for the job transition.
