a）工作市场大有好转，但任然不乐观；

d）你们要和前俩年毕业的fresh但还没找到工作，现在红了眼找工作的人争；
e）你们要和应届毕业的争；

g）现在裸奔回国也没啥好机会；
环境虽如此，大家还是要有积极的态度，积极寻找每个可能的机会。前年我在工作市场
最黑暗的时候也曾被layoff，那几个月的时间每天都在压力下度过，似乎在短期内看不
到一点希望，比现在工作市场不知道要差多少。但是在那么令人绝望的工作市场，还是
很快有了转机。
所以记住大家都很熟悉一句老的校训：在绝望中寻找希望，人生终将辉煌。

2 Weeks ago I changed my video card, using a ATI W7000 instead of Quadro FX
1800.
If I turn on my desktop more than 12 hours (in the middle it will go to
sleep mode), I can't turn it off: like the system is shutdown. But the power
is still one in the machine, fans are still turning.
I'm not sure if it's because the new card asking an external power supply.

I will suspect it's a driver issue. I assume that you are using Windows. For
Win, lots problems because the old driver is hard to clean out the system.
Best way is to reinstall system.
To confirm it, you may boot a Ubuntu Live CD with the new card and see what
happens. If it's ok under Ubuntu, then I have to say, Windows sucks ! If it
does the same in Ubuntu, then you may keep looking for other reasons.
Win, lots problems because the old driver is hard to clean out the system.

True, ubuntu has its own issue on the drivers. But for this ATI card, all
newer version (above 12.04) will support it.
Here I just want the OP to quickly identify the problem. Even it shows it is
a driver issue, there is no cure for Windows! You just CANT completely
clean up the old driver in many cases. This because when you load a driver
it put all kind of craps all over the places. So rather to try to find out
clean install a new driver, just reinstall.

我之前也这么想以为是驱动的关系，已经重装过了，还是这样。而且amd驱动太扯了，
每次按音量都是在屏幕中间出现。
我很怀疑是硬件问题，现在情况是，系统都down了，就是电还通着。而且只要不休眠一
切ok,一旦休眠就会有关机问题。
顺便抱怨一下，lenovo现在真是渣啊，驱动都找不全。

这个绝对是驱动的问题。你试试新装的OS装最小的driver，就是AMD的安装选项除了
driver其他能uncheck的都去掉。
