a bag has 9 pairs of gloves in the two colors red or green (a pair consist
of two gloves with the same color, left and right).
What's the minimal number of gloves if I pull out from the bag, that I
know that the gloves I pull out from bags are pairs.
There is a follow up question once we have it answered.

I don't get what you are saying neither.
Let's focus on the question.
If the answer 10 means that at least that you have a pair at hand
sure, but I am not sure that's the question about.
then what color (red, green) applies here in the question?

I said 2 because 2 gloves are needed to make a pair. And yes, i know the
chance of geetting 2 gloves that are in the same color and one is left hand
one and another is right hand one is less than 100% which means this can
happen but it doesn't always happen.
And I think based on your wording, the color and left/right hand info are
not important, I think it's just a way to misguide me.
icn9's answer promises you a pair of gloves with the same color and one is
right hand and one is left hand at the chance of 100%.
My answer doesn't promise 100% but it does have a slim chance to see it from
happening. When I read your wording I dont think you didn't ask for it to
happen 100%, you just want to have a chance to get it happen.

what's 抽屉原 in English?
If it is 抽屉原, the question is so simple.
Maybe the question is
"How many gloves that I need to pull out from bag so that I am sure that
AT LEAST that I have pair at hand"
if so it is 抽屉原 and the answer is 10 no matter what
