请教大家一个有关Just-In-Time （JIT）的问题。我的eRA commons 最近收到要填写
JIT的信息的通知。我咨询了系上的grant coordinator，他说因为我收到的信息（见
下面）只涉及到了Other Support, 所以我只需要提供这一份文件就可以了，而不需要
提供Budget Upload and Other Upload，虽然它们被列了出来。我知道我是不用提供
Genome Data Sharing Certification,因为我的这个Grant没有涉及到这个。有经验的
可以讲讲这个grant coordinator的理解对吗？那个Budget Upload不用管吗？
Please provide active and pending support for all key personnel. Other
Support includes all financial resources, whether Federal, non-Federal,
commercial or institutional, available in direct support of an individual's
research endeavors, including but not limited to research grants,
cooperative agreements, contracts, and/or institutional awards. Training
awards, prizes, or gifts do not need to be included.
To provide the NIH Other Support, follow the suggested format available at http://grants1.nih.gov/grants/funding/phs398/othersupport.doc and upload the document using the Import button provided below.

APPROVED: 08/18/2010
OLD EAD EXPIRE: 08/29/2010
之前有两个问题没想到,第一就是申请被送到了NSC,第二就是没想到今年超及慢.上上次
在TSC只花了大概45天左右.交了申请,就自然要到移民网站看,这才发现问题严重,看样
子EAD是十有八九拿不到了,于是到处搜索经验.发现NSC在70天内批准的都有一个中要的
东西,雇主现要解雇你的信.心里还有侥幸,结果等到只有两周,再也没法了.觉得死马当
活马医,正好看到一个新闻,说PENDING 60 天,还有两周EAD就过期,并有证据表明如果你
没有EAD就会失去工作,(专门提到LEAVE WITHOUT PAY 不被认为LOSS OF JOB.),可以直
接E-MAIL NSC 要求加急.觉得自己完全符合要求,请老板写了一封LETTER INTENDED TO
TERMINATE MY JOB,没有SCANNER,不知道怎样把信付在E-MAIL,就又收了个FAX#,先FAX三

恭喜恭喜。
budget upload是你们学校的SO upload的，如果用的modular budget，这部分是不需要
的。

No hurt to try. I know some cases in NSC got approved with 60 days.

Another question is for the "Other Upload".
Here is the information copied from NIH's "Request for Just-in-Time
Information":
Other Information Requested by the Awarding IC: NIH IC’s may also request
additional Just-in-Time information on a case-by-case basis, such as revised
budgets or changes to the human subjects or vertebrate animal sections of
the application. These changes should be submitted as an "Other Upload" file
in the eRA Commons Just-In-Time module.
If I don't receive any emails regarding additional information from my
awarding IC, is it necessary to contact the program officer for specific
guidance on it? Thank you.

我们家的12岁（甲亢），9岁（慢性支气管炎）和5岁（耳息肉--每年一手术）
现在三个都挤在我身边睡觉
还很响的打呼噜。。。

我只是想要大显示器和大硬盘，机器稳定，不需要最好的。

你这个JIT是Commons自动发的，还是人工发email要的？如果是grant specialist发的
，email会有具体要求upload的东西的。
