so i changed the boot sequence to boot from CDROM,
but it says "secure boot violation",
what to do pls ?

do not select teh CD ROM in boot options, but rather, select UEFI CD Rom in
boot options, then install from there.

then you need to turn off the "secure boot" ?
if it's on, seems i cannot find this options

No you don't have to turn off secure boot.
If you could not find UEFI CD ROM option in your boot menu, then you may
want to use 64 bit windows 8/8.1. Windows 7 x64 does not support secure boot
.
Were you trying to install Windows 7? If yes, then you need to turn off
secure boot.

OK just saw you tried to install Ubuntu.
try 13.10 x64.
UEFI support is not complete for versions below 13.10, and 32 bit Ubuntu
does not support UEFI secure boot.

have to use 12.04.
what's good about secure boot pls ?
