Seller agrees to give some credit toward closing costs?
Can the money be used as part of the down payment if the amount is more
than needed for closing costs?
I've talked to a few brokers but got mixed answers.

我们家当初就有这个问题。Seller和broker的Credit加起来比closing cost多。
后来就把broker的credit从selling price里减掉了一些。

配高了将近2千呢。

thanks, did you mean that the selling price was lowered? Did you need to
sign a new contract or just an addendum?

那就得等。不过有人从去年初就开始犹豫w530还是等w540。等得花开了，花又解了:-)

我搞了w520和w530，它不降下来，我不打算马上入w540，就算显示分辨率高。
