nine papers (all in English), not very top journal , about 50 times

I had escrow account with my mortgage. The deposit is 2 month insurance and
5 month property tax on closing day, while I paid full year insurance and
about $4000 property tax for the rest of this year on the closing day.
Now I need to pay escrow account every month with property tax $1000 and
insurance $100.
I understand that escrow needs accumulate insurance for next year payment.
While I paid property tax for the rest of this year (4 month), and escrow
doesn,t need to pay it this year, do I still need to pay it every month for
next three month? It looks like I deposited 5+4=9 month property tax into my
escrow account.
My dowm payment is over 40%. How can I get rid off the escrow account?

Suppose by Dec on you escrow account, you should have 14 month reserve on it
. They will handle it for you. Once you set up escrow account you need to
pay every month. If you don't want to keep it any more, just call the
customer service ask for cancell it.

我觉得可以试试，既然系里和老板都同意
50 citation也还可以
不知道你的3个是啥membership，现在一般都不主张claim membership，因为一般的
membership都不符合条件
最好能搞到20个review
review其实是段时间以内最容易增加数量的
petition.

My concern is the property tax. I paid 4 month for the rest of this year and
5 month for escrow. They still charge me every month. So I paid 9 month
property tax on next January. For example, if I buy the house on Dec. Nex
January, there will be only 5 month property tax in my escrow account, not 9
month, am I right?

to claim only authorship (published papers) and contribution (citation).

Yes, you are right. And once you cancelled the escrow account, the money
will be refunded back to you.

明明是AC。好处就是便宜。对住apt的人来说应当足够了。

EB1B是可以只claim两条
但是你如果有把握多claim一条（比如review)毕竟没有坏处,尤其是citation不是特别
多的情况下
