OPT到期之前寄出extension的申请，receipt收到，但是一个月了还在pending当中，但
是上周得
到另一个公司的offer，在这问各位前辈能否把第二个公司的case transfer到第一个公
司上？如果
不行的话，第二个公司让我3月7号就上班了，我那时EAD还没到的话，能否为第二个公
司打工呢？

各位大哥大姐:
小弟NIW申请140刚批, 就被解雇.
这种情况下,该怎么办, 除了找到另外一个工作, 办H-1b transfer, 还有其他方法吗,
比如转成F2或H4吗
请尽快回复.

They don't do personal statement, but a petition letter based on your
personal statement. The other thing is to collect money from you.
If you really know nothing about the procedure, and don't like to learn it
by yourself, it is worthy to pay to a lawyer. Otherwise, take some time to
learn it, and you can do a better job than most lawyers.

转f2似乎不可行吧，以为已经有移民倾向了。
中间身份能衔接就好，h4或者其他。只要是将来递交485的时候还在同一领域就好了。

只要递485或者485被rfe的时候有工作就好了。。。目前最紧要的是赶紧找份工作。

我对自己没信心，我觉得律师有经验，可以把我这死马医成活马我现在还是很动摇，
觉得律师做的这些我自己花点时间应该也可以。但是又担心自己搞杂

好的律师还是能帮你很多的
值不值一要看钱是你出还是公司出
二要看你自己本来要花多少功夫在上面，你如果自己打算花很多很多时间琢磨自己的
case，大概也不要
什么律师了

The lawyer give you suggestions on the strategy in the petition, review your
letters of recommendation,
sometimes they write the letter for you or suggest changes to match the
requirements of the law; he will also
organize your application, draft the petition letter, and file the
application for you. A lawyer save you time
and from costly mistakes. So if you find a good lawyer, it should worth the
money.

I also think 好的律师还是能帮你很多的.
好的律师 come up with good strategies to win your case and guide you to
collect supporting materials.
Some IOs take seriously on your case and give a better chance to approve
your case if your case is organized and submitted by lawyer. (That's based
on my own observations. please feel free to disagree on this)
BUT, I do believe that 你自己 have to 花功夫在上面. 你自己 need to 花时间琢
磨自己的 case，even if you have 律师. Remember the one who know your
research best is yourself. If you can prov
