看了看，G2140奔腾和G1630赛扬看上去差不多，价格也没差多少，不知道用起来有啥大
的区别没有。
主要是父母skype，打牌，看视频。

It's easy. You can download an application form of PETITION FOR NAME CHANGE
OF A MINOR CHILD. Fill the form. Two parents sign on the form in front of
the notary (the staff in the Register of Deeds in your county). Mail it to
