Roof Inspection/修屋顶要多少钱？杀完白蚁怕踩坏屋顶就去查了下，
Roof Inspection今天被花了$175. 就爬上去20多分钟，照了几张照。
说破了五六块瓦，可能以后楼。排气管道周围密封不好，有少少漏雨痕迹。
下面是给的报价：
Repair: Remove and replace all cracked and slipped tiles. Replace felt
underlayment. Recement ridge tiles. $1,200.00
Two year LeakFREE Roof Certification $345.00
SUBTOTAL $1,545.00
不是都有warranty的吗？为什么还要买Certification？
比较诡异的是报告里缺了两样
1) receipt of Inspection fee, no amount of Inspection fee in the report;
2) inspection agreement and scope of the inspection;
查完立马就要走，说等1个多小时他们搬大梯子来看哪个排气管道，可以直接上屋顶，
说我不用在那等，我可以锁门走了。
前后想想觉得有点奇怪，上来问问是不被黑了。Thanks
如果被黑了我就不客气要给bad review + 曝光inspector了。

smart tv就是垃圾。拿遥控器操作，按个钮还得等一秒才有反应，在后iphone时代没有
任何人受得了这种用户体验。

我有apple tv，也玩过smart tv，好像差不多类似功能。能否细说为什么这两个不如sm
art tv么？多谢。

你意思笨tv+apple tv就行了？我也这样想，否则smart tv上面的功能等于白买，浪费钱
。可是好些的tv都是smart了。不爽。

不是说修好了的部分有保修期的吗？比如半年一年内不再坏，否则怎么算修好了？
那个certification要另外交钱的。

检查费高？还是修理要价高？
receipt of Inspection fee 和报告无关；
inspection agreement and scope of the inspection是检查前要做的事，书面或口头。
你去修车店查电池，是不是查完了以后还要inspection agreement and scope of the
inspection？？

也没给我名片。我还在关门的时候他们就开车走了。
