The Feds is purchasing bonds with the injection of around 8 billion. Do not
assume the balance will be staying for next few days. The passage of tax
bill or the comments from Fed's meeting hold tomorrow can easily tilt the
direction again.
Conforming Loan (<=417k)

Purpose of Loan 30 YR 15 YR 5/1
Purchase Loan 4.750 4.125 3.250
Refinance Loan 4.875 4.250 3.500

The rates are based on criterion below and good for the time when they are
quoted:
Loan $ >=400K, FICO>=740, LTV<=80%( SFH) or 75%( Condo), primary residence.

There is no point, no fee for refinance but there is fee for purchase loan.

家里安装的internet是15MB的，cable 测试是14--15MB，但是一换到WIFI速度就大幅下
降，有时候甚至到4--5MB，看个电影都卡，如何破解？ router是ASUS RT-N16 的，
wIFI有时候也到14MB，但是大多数时候到不了这个速度,试做换CHANNEL，但过一会又
会复原。请帮助建议，谢谢。

不会。有公司一年几百几百的递PERM，如果因为这原因被审，就没法活了。

The extension of tax-bill will disfavor the mortgage rate.
If Feds will continue its program after its own evaluation, the rates will
be driven down.
Both will trigger short-term jittery. If you are new purchasers, you got to
take advantage of the short-window opportunity given by the second one.
The general market condition at this time is still trending up. And the
first factor will add more splash into the market than the second one. So,
if the window does open up, it will be a very short one. Overall, the
current rate is testing refinance people's guts and patience.

测试速度和stream速度不是一回事
streaming服务器架不住那么多人15mb
运营商也给测试网站开专线唬人用
实际都到不了测试的速度
wifi更是受硬件限制
但是4mb看电影已经不该卡

看电影勉强可以看。斗地主就完全没有办法，好好的一把牌活生生死机。多谢。

Yes, the rates are trending up with possible slight drops brought up by some
economic indicators coupled with market speculation. If you are a purchaser
and have a short waiting period, say one week, I would suggest you to lock
your rate. Too much pressure now.
Just hope when we get up tomorrow morning, something can happen to avert
this trend!
