看上个short sale, 我们不打算要buyer agent. Listing agent说，"Also sometimes
the 1st and 2nd lien holders can't agree on a second payoff so there needs
to be a cash contribution from somewhere. That usually ends up being the
buyer since the seller in a short sale doesn't receive any proceeds."
这个意思是说除了offer出的价外还要给2nd lien holder一部分钱吗？这个合法吗？

不小心插了220v电源，突然啪的一声，问道一股焦味
现在不知道是不是烧坏电源还是连主板什么都烧了
已经去买变压器
求问大家有经验吗？这新电脑是不是真的报废了？

有可能是电源的保险烧了

if you want to buy, this is the best way for the 2nd lien holder to say yes.
it's your call. nothing is illegal here.

先确定一下。你的power supply是不是PFC的，如果不是，你有没有把110v那个红色的
保险播到220v?
如果有的话，这power supply不好，扔了吧。一般是电源坏了，换一个就ok了

Just change the power supply. Not a big deal

that is not under the table. everything will be on the table and the 1st
lien holder will know that too. it will all depend on whether and how you
want to get the property.
