感觉很多要monthly report, bimonth report. 目前还没有学生，有小公司的合作者有
意愿一起写proposal. 我目前teaching load很大，自己还有一个大的project。很担心
如果SBIR/STTR批准了的话，即使sttr也需要投入很多时间。没时间没有学生，是不是就
不要写STTR的proposal了？

The following is the response from an independent recommender:
"
Love to be able to help, but I am only afraid that I do not know your work
and were afraid of the writing anything not accurate. You may ask somebody
who knows you work well, so that he/she can write stronger letter for you.
"
Should I further bother him or move on assuming he already delcined my
request?
I am not sure myself.

蹭网需要改MAC 发现WIN8根本没这个设置
可以更改的都是ethernet有线网卡的MAC地址
哪位大神指导?

Anybpdy had similar response when asking for independent letter?
It seems there might be some hope since he says he is only afraid of not
familiar with my work.
hai!This is chinese professor who I met once 10 years ago.
Why it is so hard to ask a favor.

or should I try further by emphasizing stronglerly that this is purely about
immigration?
Are there anybody who got letters from people who are not familar his work?
