按照新的categories
都属于skilled worker，现在已经是eb2的都给降级。 skilled worker就是原来的Eb3
Categories Subject to Annual Numerical Limits:
US STEM Master Degree holders who earned the degree 5 years immediately
before petition is filed: 40%
Skilled Worker (current EB-3): 40%
Special Immigrants: 10%
Immigrant Investors: 10%

不对，说的是stem master毕业后5年内交140的算40%的。

有没有要求us stem master的必须工作，还是曾经工作过？还是必须正在工作？
那很多很早回国的us master，不都是符合条件么。。

stem master要毕业五年之内并且有offer才能申请新的eb2。

Like the messy on 2006 when new perm system was introduced and applied.
USCIS messed up and many PD in 2006 waited for a very long time because of
the new law and system changed.

professions, or business by an employer in the United States(including
certain aliens with foreign medical degrees) and 2) aliens who have earned
amaster’s degree or higher in a field of science, technology, engineering
or mathematics froman accredited U.S. institution of higher education and
have an offer of employment in arelated field and the qualifying degree was
earned in the five years immediately before the petition was filed.

我个人理解，不一定对，这个5年的要求对应的是新的eb2 ,已经排队的eb2们要么排期
更快，要么没排期，反正不会是你说的算做eb3。

所以我说这里指的是新的eb2类。但bill里面不是写了么，2014，2015要抓紧把现在排
期的清完，你在里面了，还担心什么。

不一定过期。 07 年底毕业， h1b要08年10月才开始，是2014年10月过期。
