March 2010 EB1A 140 and 485 concurrent filing (with EAD and AP)
May 2010 Fingerprint notice
June 2010 EAD and AP approved
Sept 2010 NOID received
Oct 2010 NOID response letter sent
Jan 2010 140 approved
Feb 11 2010 I485 Permanent residence registered
I am not sure when I will receive my green card, hopefully soon. However, my
wife's I485 still has no response according to USCIS website. Is there any
chance that my wife's i485 will be approved much later than mine? I have not
seen these kind of cases before in this board. Can anyone help me with that?
Background:
US top 50 PhD biomedical
Postdoc in a small school
Now scientist in a top healthcare company
Paper:6 total,5 first author (One review paper in journal of IF>15, all of
others has IF only >4)
Review: 3 times for a journal of impact factor only>3, however the top
journal in my research field
Recommendation: 9(6 independent, one from National academy of Engineering,
one from chief editor of the top journal in my field)
No awards, non media report
Claims 4: authorship, contribution,review and membership
The NOID shoots down all of the 4 claims. I thought I will be rejected. But
I tried to compile a long response letter explaining my qualification for
these criteria with actual number and data. I believe this helps a lot.

my case got approved.
