10天前直接找的listing agent看了房，当时很热情，说可以represent我们。看房的过
程中得知这个房子屋顶漏过水，大修过，还有一小块ceiling要修。我们知道这是大问
题，有些犹豫，这几天和listing agent通了几次email，问了问具体的漏水和修理情
况。今天给listing agent发信想递一个offer，得到了这样的回答：
As a courtesy to you, I wanted you to know that another buyer is preparing
to make an offer on this home today. I do not know if it will be accepted or
not. If you are still interested in this property, I would recommend that
you talk with your buyer's agent about making your own offer.
会有这么巧的事吗？他带我们看的房，还让我们找一个buyer agent递offer？

顶配4k ips 屏幕，sRGB 100% cover, apple rmbp 也才85%，最高64g内存，就是价钱
太他妈贵了，不知啥时候能降到1500以下。

很简单，人家不认为你是SERIOUS BUYER，或者很难DEAL，现在有其他买家，不想跟你
纠缠，想买就走正规渠道递，不想买就算，不想跟你浪费时间，根本就不是想吊你胃口
。

No. It is nothing but lie. It is a normal scam. They cannot answer your
question about leaking so that they want to give you an impression that the
house is going to be sold and expect you don't check the leaking issue.
Because they know you will walk away if you know the truth about the leaking
. You know truth, you walk away, you find out they lie, you walk away, you
get fooled, they win. You see, they lose nothing in this cheating. If I were
you, I will walk away immediately.

东西是好东西，原来也打算搞一台，p50吧，
可是想想对我实在没啥用(就是公款买来没用也是浪费呀)，
计算都在工作站和超级机上面，
日常就是sp3记点东西和做点演示(接大显示器)，
想想还是买个sp4吧，
再不就买个surface book？

我是这样看的，如果你想买，出一个你认为合理的价格，找个AGENT，拿点REBATE，把
修理费从价格中扣除。另一个买家并不一定有你了解的透，验房之后也会知道。如果让
别人拿走了，拿走就拿走，也不是THE ONE。

不同意这个说法，如果要骗，当时也不会告诉大修过，而且还要修。好房子有好房子的
价格，修有修的价格。并不是人家要修就卖不掉或白送给你。我现在的房子卖家和经纪
才是真骗呢，验房之后还嘴硬呢，关键自己对这件事怎样判断。

再加些信息：这个房是出租房，现在是一家中国人住着。listing agent说不想打扰房
客，只允许在周末的两个很小的time window里看房，还要提前48小时预约。碰巧看房
的时候中国人也在，也用汉语交谈过。带我们看房的listing agent是白人，应该不懂
汉语。会不会因为这样，listing agent认为我们有可能从房客那里知道了屋顶漏水的
情况，为了显得诚实而主动告诉我们呢？

我觉得不管什么原因，能告诉你就很好。有租客的房子当然得提前通知，也得看租客的
方便。BE REASONABLE
