本来想买房,找relator看了看。
后来打算不买了，准备租。
而且打算租的那套是跟realtor看过的，这房子又卖又出租。
这种情况是不是要通过realtor来处理阿？如果我租房，realtor有进帐吗？

No ssd. 而且屏幕不能180度翻转的话要触摸屏也没什么用吧

不是这个意思。我才无所谓呢。
只是不知道需不需要通过那个realtor来租房，还是直接去联系房东就好了。

yes if the house also on the market for rent. the realtor will get couple of
hundred. suggest that you go with the realtor.

I think usually tenant pays rental commission to the realtor while seller
pays sales commission to the realtor

It is the same as when buying the house. I just had my house rented out, I
have paid 6% of the anual rent to the agents. I think the two agents
splited the commission half-half. The renter does not need to pay anything.
