本来想等T560的，迟迟不出来。公司又急着要用，就先入了这个。
和T560比，P50S除了屏幕好些，别的实在没什么差别。
P50S据报道是ThinkPad W550s　successor．今天ＬＥＮＯＶＯ把ｗ系列全部从网上撤
下了。
有空等拿到机子再说说感觉。

不过现在的低压CPU真是不给力呀。这个Core i7-6500U比我两年前买的T530的Core i5-
3320M 真没快多少。

P50 和p50s差太多了
P50 is designed for power computing with Xeon processor. this machine is
totally designed from scratch. Because of Xeon processor and dedicated GPU,
P50 comes with two cooling fans for cooling management.
P50s came from w550s.It has low voltage CPU and produces less heat. It
shares the same platform with T560, except with dedicated GPU.

还真是，仔细对比了一下，T560和P50s是一个磨子出来的，fhd的屏幕怕是也一样吧

说说你入P50s的理由？而没有入P50？
貌似那个P50更有升级潜力？

First, the price of p50 is obviously higher than p50s.For me, it does not
worth it.
Second, P50's Xeon processor is much faster than the low voltage CPU in p50s
and it produces more heat. I really do not need the high speed CPU.I prefer
less heat and longer battery life.
Third, I believe p50 is built based on a new platform (e.g., with two fans.
.). Not sure its stability and reliability. In contract, p50s use the
old W550s platform/case and it has been well tested.
Regarding 升级潜力, i agree P50 is better than p50s. You can put upto four
storage media into p50.

如果在意续航时间，应该选6芯电，据称可以24小时续航。
另外 P50 最多只能有三个内置盘，一个 2.5"，两个 M.2 2280。
其他的区别还有：
P50 用 DDR4。P50s 用 DDR3L。
P50 四个内存槽，P50s 两个。

今天刚刚收到公司买的另一台T460.第一个感觉就是轻。和T530比，重量和厚度都小很
多。低压cpu产热很少，风扇基本不启动。
键盘还好，但没有惊艳感。
不太习惯没有硬盘读写指示灯。

Got the P50S yesterday. Few quick` observations.
Pros
• Startup is very fast (about 10 seconds), largely due to the SSD
• Heat is very low; fan is only running when playing game or
streaming
• Off center Keyboard is fine for me but prefer old T530
• Keyboard backlight is fancy but still miss the old “thinkpad
light”
• Speaker is much better than T530; louder and heavier
• Light weight as a 15 inches pc
• Like the 15 inches screen; way better than T460. It might also
because this one has a higher resolution than the T460
Cons
• No memory slot at the back of laptop; guess need to take off the
keyboard to update the memory
• ~2 seconds automatic screen turn-off when either plug in or plug
out the power
• First-time battery charging took very long; also, it takes turn
to charge the two batteries instead of charging two at the same time;
battery is produced in japan and assembly in china and it is very small and
light
• The trackpoint is temporarily freezing (few seconds) when the CPU
is 100%

嗯，刚才试了一下可以了。没有短暂关屏。我本来以为是故意设计的呢。别的电脑从来
没遇到过这种两秒短暂关屏的。
关于触摸屏，本来是要加的。后来实在是到了budget limits. 最后在触摸屏和3年
warranty之间选了后者。

我最近买了一台P50s和一台T560，其他各方面都挺好，但这两台机子都有个问题：风扇
声音很大。平时CPU温度基本都在四十几度以上。我以前用其他Thinkpad系列的，都没
有发现这个问题。多开几个视频网页，风扇就呼呼响的不得了，老远就能听到。现在考
虑要不要找lenovo申请退掉。
楼主有没有遇到这个风扇吵的问题？
