I am thinking to buy a small linux box for running a bunch of linux VMs for
development. I basically need it to run CitusDB, Spark, Hadoop for
development.
At least 16GB ram, 500GB HDD disk. Preferably small footprint.
And recommendations?
Does any one had experiences with Intel Nuc Nuc6i7kyk + SATA drives (
feasible?) ?

记得是两个pcie的m.2,不能sata

ic. What about booting from USB HDD? Would the performance be acceptable?

usb硬盘速度太惨了点吧,而且随便碰到就要坏数据.
非要小的,弄个小钢炮或者笔记本靠谱点吧
折腾下t420 quad-core才100多
