看上一房，地产公司给指定了个buyer agent。问题是那房子也是该地产公司挂牌在售
，seller agent也是他们公司的，我们也见过了，还表示她可以做dual agent。这是一
short sale房，单就这个房子来说，我们是用他们中的一个好呢，还是都不要自己重新
找个buyer agent？目前还没agent，这两agent一个老美一个老印，一个忒热情，一个
很油条。还有seller agent跟buyer agent一个公司是不是特不好。
新手上路，多谢各位指点。

准备给ld趁圣诞节买个，请问那个2560x1440的屏看着字会不会太小，编程合适吗？不
行就1080p的ips了

我觉得这样特别不好。是dual agent，但是又没有dual agent的好处。

use higher dpi. as long as the program is not too old (like nedit, ddd or
old matlab in Linux), it should scale nicely.

key words: short sale.
don't be so serious with short sale. throw a low ball and forget about it.

新款都leak了，一个月不到就发布了。

你就用seller agent做你的buyer agent就是了，这样应该简单些。

没那么大区别。毕竟还要过军标。不过机器真不错。这么轻薄还4usb接口，电池据说达
到了变态的近16小时。实际使用就算打对折也爽翻了。

楼主准备圣诞节买，不一定有45%off。再说就算你拿黑五最低价比，也就比平时
便
宜5%到10%，这差价算贵一倍？难道你见过谁msrp买？常年折扣是在35%到40%波动。偶
尔超过一下。可不就是没啥大差别吗？更何况更好的cpu和内存，接口升级，设计升级
，更轻更薄。

just be aware that gen4 x1c removed touch screen compared to gen3.
so, if you can find a brand new gen3 on ebay, go for it. it is probably
cheaper as well.
rumor says in the gen5 x1c, touch screen will return but only for the FHD (
1080p) models.

Why would touch screen matter that much on a two year old laptop? plus
the
next gen has touch screen back. I see no reason to find particularly a high
res touch screen on a Two year old aging laptop? Why wouldnt you recommend
that they go for x1 yoga, if they want a touch screen, just like you did?

a touch screen is useful. it is not useful all the time, but useful
occasionally, that is enough

comparing my stolen gen3 x1c (i7-5600U/8G/256G/1440p/touch) and my new x1
yoga (i7-6600U/16G/128G/1440p/touch), they feel just about the same. so from
my perspective, the CPU upgrade from Gen3 to Gen4 is not critical, but the
removal of the touchscreen was a deal killer, and was the only reason that I
went for an x1 yoga.
I recommended x1c gen3 because it has everything I needed if I want to stay
with x1c. x1 yoga is nicer, but costs more.

Of course 2 year old laptop without warrenty cost less. I am afraid that is
not a good reason not mentioning x1 yoga as an alternative, even if someone
REALLY want a high resolution touch screen.

to be frank, Brand new 2015 model on ebay is not cheaper than the current
model during black friday sale. BTW why not aim for the 2017 model with
touch
screen?
