Short sale，2004年，first owner 42.5万买的。move in status。
第一次listing price 37.5 万。我们口头offer 31万被seller拒，32.4万seller接受
。但是刚刚被银行锯掉，原因：1）seller合同中名字有问题 2）合同有效期太短。
第二次（4个月后）listing 35万（跌2.5万）。我们还想offer，请问可以降价offer吗？
另，马路正对面的房子刚刚也short sale。 listing price about 36万.除了地下室没有
finish，其它几乎一样。
请教版上专家和同学们，如何出价？多谢！

尼玛我现在游戏懒得打/没时间打了。 FPS已经打不动了
就剩下看看小说看看片，编辑一下照片视频，除了把家里几台机器全换了SSD，压根没
有任何升级硬件的动力

地下室是有没有finish就能差两万。short sale的房子listing pice下降比不代表什么.

谢谢！
都决定不看short sale的房子了，偏偏新出来的看上的都还是short sale。非short
sale的房子，同样的报价房子至少低一个档次。穷人看房子真累啊！

游戏。不玩游戏没必要升级。少部分是4k，8k不支持，不得已升级机器。

you need to find out how much the current owner is owning and how many liens
and lien holders. if more than one lien holder, forget about it. offer
those only have one lien holder.

从哪里开始升级？
如果你是9XX显卡，那还可以将就两年，再老的话，就生级了吧。
10XX可是大大进步。

We did search and found there are two liens, BOA about 335k, another about
30k. When our verbal offer of 310k was declinced, our agent consulted her
team leader that 324k may be the least for the sellers' submission to bank.
Then we offered, but was declined by BOA for minor issues 5 weeks later.
Still unsure about banks' bottom line. BTW, the seller participated in
certain short sale program.

several manufacturer was making advertisement and say 1050i is handling
