enroll了AMEX的Premium Car Rental Protection,仔细读了一下说明，有这样一句：
Each time you rent a car with your enrolled Cards, you can be covered and
pay a flat rate of $24.95.***
问题来了，我接下来要一个月内去几个地方，每个地方都单独租车，这个24.95是一次
性的charge还是每次租车都charge啊？
