中国十字会号召全体工作人员为温州动车遇难者捐献半月工资
记者从中国红十字会内部人士了解到，近期饱受非议的中国红十字会要求全国各省市红
十字会在编人员，每人为温州动车遇难者捐献半个月工资。
对于选择温州动车遇难者作为捐献对象的疑问，中国红十字会高层并不讳言，红十字会
藉此重塑形象，改变公众对红十字会偏激的看法。红十字会高层坦承，红十字会像各行
各业一样，也有害群之马，红十字会的管理也有未尽人意的地方，但红十字会总体是好
的，红十字会绝大多数工作人员是值得信任的，民众将善款捐到红十字会是可以放心的。
北京大学公共关系学教授郑闽分析，中国红十字会此举意义重大。尽管此前中国红十字
会通过浙江红十字分会为温州动车事故捐献45万善款，但都只是“借花献佛”，民众不
买账也情有可原。此次和以往募捐完全不一样，尽管每位工作人员捐献的金额可能只有
一千几百元，但由于所有善款全部来自个人收入，相信此举令民众对中国红十字会的不
良观感会有所改变。郑教授分析，真如此，红十字会组织的全体工作人员个人捐款对中
国红十字会乃至对中国慈善事业都将起到积极正面的作用，也不失为红十字会亡羊补牢

if my theory is correct, you may want to try Citi AA Visa or AmEx 50,000

update: experian shows only 1 hard pull from citi on 2/18, so citi only pull
one copy of hard pull per day, so better apply together and if not approved
call immediately

不过我比较累，2个同时递交, 同时pending
然后Live Chat跟CSR一个一个申请verify一遍，就给approve了
跟第二个不同的CSR过第二个gold的申请时，她并没有觉察到我刚刚申请到第一个amex
的。估计系统还没来及反应。

这里告诫下用2BM的同学，submit的时候一定要先点50k再点30k..这样即使有一个申请
悲剧也是30k那个。 根据这里最近的经验，有可能AA 80k也被fix了,不过FT上目前还没
人汇报类似经验。总之，2BM只有一个Hard，即使没拿到额外的30k,也没损失太多。 还
有对已经拿到2张卡的同学，不用担心拿不到bonus. 至少citi不像amex/chase,只要你
激活时确认了bonus,citi一定会honor的。 还有要计划好2张卡meet spending
requirement的statement cycle一定要错开，因为FT上已经有好几个案例，有人的
2x50k 在一个statement date被citi report给AA，结果到了AA那边被当成duplicating
points只给了50k. 虽然最后他们好像都要回了另外的50k,但是要花不少时间精力跟
citi argue..

这里告诫下用2BM的同学，submit的时候一定要先点50k再点30k..这样即使有一个申请
悲剧也是30k那个。 根据这里最近的经验，有可能AA 80k也被fix了,不过FT上目前还没
人汇报类似经验。总之，2BM只有一个Hard，即使没拿到额外的30k,也没损失太多。 还
有对已经拿到2张卡的同学，不用担心拿不到bonus. 至少citi不像amex/chase,只要你
激活时确认了bonus,citi一定会honor的。 还有要计划好2张卡meet spending
requirement的statement cycle一定要错开，因为FT上已经有好几个案例，有人的
2x50k 在一个statement date被citi report给AA，结果到了AA那边被当成duplicating
points只给了50k. 虽然最后他们好像都要回了另外的50k,但是要花不少时间精力跟
citi argue..

if my theory is correct, you may want to try Citi AA Visa or AmEx 50,000
miles and Citi HH 50,000 points at the same time.

不过我比较累，2个同时递交, 同时pending
然后Live Chat跟CSR一个一个申请verify一遍，就给approve了
跟第二个不同的CSR过第二个gold的申请时，她并没有觉察到我刚刚申请到第一个amex
的。估计系统还没来及反应。

这里告诫下用2BM的同学，submit的时候一定要先点50k再点30k..这样即使有一个申请
悲剧也是30k那个。 根据这里最近的经验，有可能AA 80k也被fix了,不过FT上目前还没
人汇报类似经验。总之，2BM只有一个Hard，即使没拿到额外的30k,也没损失太多。 还
有对已经拿到2张卡的同学，不用担心拿不到bonus. 至少citi不像amex/chase,只要你
激活时确认了bonus,citi一定会honor的。 还有要计划好2张卡meet spending
requirement的statement cycle一定要错开，因为FT上已经有好几个案例，有人的
2x50k 在一个statement date被citi report给AA，结果到了AA那边被当成duplicating
points只给了50k. 虽然最后他们好像都要回了另外的50k,但是要花不少时间精力跟
citi argue..

拒的情况，有人打电话给Citi也是同样的口风

80k说的是personal card..如果+上biz卡，就是130k了。 66 day的愿意是citi 65天内
最多批2张卡。第三张一般会直接拒掉。
