看craigslist 全新未开封local卖家要价300，杀价250，卖家还没回复。
粗略看了下，ebay上大约是350～400左右。

降级的应该不少，不过有些人可能办理的比较慢，跟律师先要折腾半天

降级的人都没有形成demand或者inventory，计算排期的时候不考虑这部分

For USCIS, an unapproved I-485 case may be:
A - Concurrently filed with I-140 - I-140 has not yet been approved.
B - Concurrently filed with I-140 - I-140 has been approved but I-485 has
not been adjudicated yet.
C - Non-concurrently filed after approval of I-140, I-485 has not been
adjudicated yet.
D - I-485 has been adjudicated but a visa is not available due to
retrogression (pre-adjudicated).
USCIS Inventory = B + C + D
For DOS Consular Processing:
X - I-140 approved but not yet received by NVC from USCIS.
Y - I-140 received by NVC but not yet documentarily qualified (fee has not
been paid, request for documents not yet sent or received, necessary
processing procedures of the consular office have not been completed).
Z - I-140 received by NVC and is documentarily qualified.
Demand Data = D + Z
