当时面试之后公司就发了封email，attached了一份word文档，说是给verbal offer，
关强调这只是"This letter is an expression of our intentions regarding your
employment and should not be considered an employment contract."并且这个
verbal offer也没有签名。
用H1B上班已经1个月了，HR manager知道I-797和I-94是要给我的，可是找她要的时候
她刻意回避换话题，并且也没和我签contract，也没有让我sign up for health
insurance。。。
大家是不是都签正式合同的？还有，我需要向公司要一些什么文件吗？
