Why is SSD not suitable for partitions? How much space does Win 10 need anyway? I think 100GB should be enough. It's just an OS after all. I want the other 900GB for games, apps and movies. That way when I have to reformat and reinstall the OS, I can keep my other files intact.
Why? If you store system, apps, games and movies all on one drive then what do you do when WIN10 f***s up and has to be reformatted and reinstalled? Lose everything else along with the system? That's bad management.

Wow, seems many of you guys ignore the fact that sometimes an OS could screw up so badly you'd have to reformat the whole system drive and reinstall it. In that case you'd better have at least 2 partitions one for system, one for the other stuff so that you limit the reformat to the system drive only. 换个方式问吧,64-BIT WIN10通常要占多大的空间?连同UPDATE时需要的空间也算上。

How come you could use 256G for a system drive. Did you always install every app under "C:program files"? I seldom do that. I always put apps on a separate drive.
