I have problem to deal with my advisor now. He no longer has interest in
research or help me doing research. We need to submit a paper which is
already reviewed and passed, but he put all kinds of availabe time to
entertain himself instead of submitting it. He even asked me to write the
responding letter to reviewer. In AICHE, other faculties went there for 5
days. He went there two days earlier and came back two days later. In
thanksgiving, he told me he would submit the paper before that. But
