is better to go to the duduction (Form 1040 Line 35) (save 25%), than to go
to the lifetime learning credit (save 20%).
Am I right, or missing anything here?
2) if the tution is over 4k, let us say 6k, and if I am working and in the
range of fed tax rate 25%, and have other business expenses over 2% of MAGI,
then it is better to claim 6k in the business expenses, than in the the
lifetime learning credit? again, the 25%

陌生人在路上拉住你，说我家最近出了这么这么一件事，问你的意见，多数人肯定觉得
此人有病，赶快脱身。
bbs上有一样的，也有不一样的。一样的是：bbs上认识的id，就会更关心一点，和平时
的朋友比较像。不一样的是陌生人发帖，也可以得到回复。但是似乎陌生人得到的回复
要少。同时，陌生人的求助贴会得到回复，聊天贴的回复率就差点了。
和朋友聊天，恩，有几种。比如朋友遇到一个问题，打电话来。
1。一种是倾听，前两天说女生抱怨就是发泄，不是想要意见，就是这种。反面的就是
倾诉。关键在于知道有人关心或者一吐为快。
2。提供信息。不同的人背景不一样，很多重要信息对对方的决定会有很大影响。
3。出主意。基于相同的信息，给出自己的意见。
3a. 一种是相当于提供基于自己的人生观下的选择。也许觉得对方可以认同，也许
是想倾诉。
3b. 还有一种是基于对对方的了解，给出自己认为对对方最好的选择，防止当局者
迷的出现。
有4，5，5吗？

2。提供有用信息。
3。给出自己的意见，熟的id可以基于对方情况；不熟id可以想象对方情况或者根据自
