马斯克对此解释称，这样做的根本原因，就是为了让特斯拉拥有一个更好的运营环境。

现金流还有22亿美元，上季度净亏损达到了7.43亿美元。马斯克私有化的资金要从何而
来，是整件事情最大的谜团，胆敢放此豪言，必定是有备而来。
马斯克在邮件中希望所有员工都继续成为公司股东，分享未来特斯拉成长的收益。或许
这就是马斯克的此次豪言壮举的砝码。根据公开资料显示，特斯拉的持股非常集中，马
斯克本人持有20%的股份，前十大股东持有超过63%的股份，而前100大股东持有85%股份
的股份。有私募股权界人士分析称，只要能够说服这85%继续持有股票，那么剩余15%的
特斯拉股票，只需动用140亿美元左右就可以在美股上功成名退。
也就是说，愿意支持特斯拉私有化的大股东越多，其私有化的成本也就越低。其次，许
多外来大股东也透露出愿意为特斯拉接盘的意向。沙特阿拉伯主权财富基金已买入特斯
拉3-5%的股权。按照当前的股价计算，预计该主权基金可以为特斯拉建仓17-29亿美元
。一位特斯拉股东对新京报独角鲸科技表示支持马斯克的，并且等待特斯拉像SPACEX那
样成功。
