去年在北京签H1，今年四月过期。但今年一月份刚换工作，拿到新的I-797。现家中有
急事要回国，请问可不可用旧签证回来美国？还是要重新签证？

If he/she is the same gender as you are, it is ok to call him/her first name
, like Yan, Hua, Jing...But if he/she is opposite gender, I feel it is kind
of weird to call him/her one-word first name because it sounds intimate in
our culture.
